Mood App Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions will be automatically applied on the user once he/she downloads or uses this application. Hereby, the user must read carefully these terms and conditions before using the application. Users are not allowed to copy or modify the application or any of its parts. They are not either allowed to modify its trademark. They are not allowed even to attempt to extract the source code of the application. It is not allowed to try to translate the application to other languages or even initiating other derivative issuances. The application, its trademarks, copyrights, data and other patents are still owned by MOOD App.

Mood App guarantees its effectiveness and usefulness as much as possible; hereby, the application has exclusively the right to make any changes or impose any charges on its services anytime and for any reason. However, we won’t impose any fees for using the application or its services without providing you with detailed information in this domain.

Mood App stores and processes the personal data provided to the application by you to enjoy our services. Accordingly, you are in charge of securing your mobile phone and its access; therefore, you are advised not to break the protection or make 'root' for your phone, as it is a process aimed to remove all restrictions of programs along with the restrictions imposed by your phone's iOS. This step may endanger your mobile phone by harmful programs and viruses; in addition, it threatens the security pros of your phone. In other words, it may not enable Mood App to work properly or your phone or it may be deactivated.

It is essential to realize that Mood App will not shoulder the responsibility of certain things among which the application's effectiveness if it is not connected to Wi-Fi, as some of its tasks necessitates an active connection to the internet; whether through Wi-Fi or the server of your cellular phone's telecommunication company.

If you use the application without Wi-Fi, it is important to remember that the terms of the agreement with the server of your cellular phone will remain in effect; consequently, you may be charged by the server to afford the cost of data throughout the period of connecting with the application or the charges of the third party. So, you accept the responsibility of any charges imposed in this domain including the data roaming if you are using the application outside your original region (district or country). If you are the one who settles the bill of the phone which uses the application, kindly be notified that we suppose that you have received a permission from the bill-settler to use the application.

In this way, Mood App does not afford the responsibility of the way by which you use the application at all. This means you have to make sure that your phone is always charged. If battery is empty, this means you cannot use the application or benefit from its services.

As for Mood App responsibility of your usage for the application, it is better to consider the fact that we depend on external authorities to guarantee the updates and validity of the application in all times; the matter requires providing us with data and information. Yet, Mood App is not responsible for any direct or indirect loss for the data because of depending totally on the application's task.

In some phase, we may desire to update the application which is currently available on Android and iOS. Hereby, the requirements of the application may change (or any additional systems which may be approved to use the application); in addition, you will need then to download the updates if you are still interested in using the application. However, Mood App doesn’t pledge to always update the application to be suitable for your system including Android or iOS which you have installed on your mobile phone. Nonetheless, you pledge to always accept the updates of the application once they are offered to you. We may desire to suspend the application; so we can suspend it anytime without notifying you. Unless we notify you of that – at any suspension – (A) the rights and licenses granted to you; (B) you have to stop using the application or delete it from your phone if necessary.

Changes on Terms & Conditions

We may update our terms and conditions occasionally; hereby, it is advisable to check this page periodically to be familiar with any changes. However, we will notify you with any changes through publishing the new terms and conditions on this page. These changes come into effect once they are published on the page.

A) It is banned when using Mood App online or generally to use any verbal abuse, pornographies, naked photos, sexual denotations, improper behaviors, drugs, gambling or any video refers to any of this no-list including the behaviors and phrases which are weird for the customs and traditions of the countries' societies.

B) It is banned to display videos, films, TV pictures, music or albums only without the personal attendance of the user and interacting with the announcer himself online or when using the application in general.

C) It is banned when using Mood App online or in general to do any dangerous stunts. It is not allowed to display the supplements of hazardous support such as guns, knives, weapons or anything threatens the public safety or physical harm.

D) Users are not allowed to provide any item online on two or more online platforms at the same time.

E) Add to this, any other activity which may violate the laws applied in this domain such as the laws of the location where the online announcer available or the person who suffers from any possible harm or by using Mood App in general.

Item (2): The detailed rules of online and offline display.
Users are not allowed to use any pictures of the hereinafter:

1	Personal photos with their owner's permission
2	Guns and weapons
3	Improper hand's gestures
4	Sexual private parts
5	Pubic hair
6	Focusing on breasts, legs or buttocks without showing the face
7	It is not allowed to show more than the half of any of the breasts.
8	Any main picture shows shots from Disney Land or Disney series
9	Photos under protection of copyright laws

1- Age limitation for online and offline broadcast

1	Users under 21 are not allowed to use online or offline display.

2- Users of online or offline broadcast are not allowed to publish improper materials including what follows:

1	Showing off the private parts of the body.
2	Focusing on the private parts of the body
3	Voices of sexual humming or whining
4	Rubbing the breasts or playing with them
5	Appearing with light clothes
6	Touching the nibbles with the hand
7	Bathing or bathroom
8	Dancing or excessive sexual flattery
9	Drawings or pictures of disgusting or bloody things
10	Any action refers to sexual flirtation or intercourse
11	Displaying more than half of the breast or displaying it excessively

3- Users are not allowed to display improper items such as:

1	Online positions for bedroom
2	Online audio-visual picture
3	Online display for any other online platform
4	Any online item may endanger the mental image of the first part
5	Promoting for other media platforms
6	Blocking the announcers who don’t practice the games online
7	Broadcasting comic pictures
8	Behaviors of promotion and sales

4. Online and offline users are not allowed to use what follows:

1	Sedatives
2	Ammunitions or knives or guns
3	Gambling
4	Violating the public safety
5	Bullying or violence
6	Illegal driving

5- Online and offline users aren’t allowed to display the following advertisements:

1	It is totally banned to advertise for any other online platforms.
2	Any commercial advertisement which isn’t approved by the platform.
3	Online advertisement for buildings or places provide sex services

6- Online and offline users are not allowed to do any of the following actions:

1	Personal harm, committing suicide, murder or crimes
2	Focusing intentionally on underwear clothes or bikini in any of the internal sites or any behavior leads to sexual allurement
3	It is banned to publish the public data of contracting or any details with the company.
4	It is banned to mention any personal banking data including the checkbook, credit cards, verbal reports or written information of the bank account.
5	Meaningless black screen
6	Swallowing alive animals
7	Swallowing harmful things
8	Self-violence
9	Online broadcast from inside Disney Land or any place protected by copyrights.
10	Re-taking photos for photos protected by copyrights.
11	Re-taking videos protected by copyrights.

7- Online and offline users are not allowed to:

1	The address mustn’t pose any humiliation against the platform
2	Any title refers to any other online platform
3	Any word refers to sexual allurement is banned.
4	Any word related to money
5	Vulgar speeches are banned
6	Humiliation and improper words are banned

8- Users are not allowed to use the hereinafter pictures during online and offline broadcasting:

1	Cartoon characters
2	Unpleasant scene for the populace
3	A picture without a face

9- Users are not allowed to use any of the following contents through the online or the offline broadcasting:
(If a notification or an electronic promotion sent by Mood officials for correction and it is ignored by the user, this is considered a violation against the contract and its terms.)

1	Online broadcasting for TV channels protected by copyrights.
2	Online broadcasting from a nightclub.
3	Online broadcasting while driving.
4	Online broadcasting from bedroom.
5	Online broadcasting while smoking.
6	Broadcasting impersonal other items online. (Things don’t belong to the announcer.)

Each channel and user must be committed to the directives of using Mood App. In addition, it is important to note that the content of some other channels may be completely different form the content of our application; the matter may lead to the emergence of some improper behaviors and rules which are not suitable for the main page of our application; however, the so-called improper content may be suitable for certain channels vice versa.

Violating these terms and conditions will lead Mood Application to block the account or delete the content; hereby, the user will shoulder the legal responsibility of this violation.

Users are not allowed to disclose their personal data as follows:

1- Any names or nicknames for uncommon figures.
2- Any accounts of social networking websites or email addressed which include personal data.
3- Instagram or Facebook
4- Sharing personal data or other people
5- Private phone numbers and addresses
6- Sharing other languages specially which are not considered a local language or English which are not broadcasted in a channel allotted for such language.

Users are not allowed to share photos or videos as follows:

7- A photo or video which can identify a person specially who is unwilling to appear in this photo or video especially when he/she isn’t aware of taking such photo or making this video.
8- Photos or videos focus on certain license plate which can be clearly seen.
9- Taking photos for persons without getting their consent if they are reported.
10- Any photos or videos for sperms, vaginal liquids, urine or stool.
11- Any photo or video contain coerce or violence against other people or animals or even against the self.
12- Any photos or videos contain names or inquire about names, addresses, phone numbers, plates of cars' numbers, especially if they completely appear in the photo or the video, accounts of social networking websites, banking credit cards, ID cards or any other personal data such as nicknames, alternative names…etc.
13- Photos or videos focus on a person who is unwilling to appear in the photo or the video. Or, he isn’t aware of being involved in that photo or video.
14- It is preferable to keep the private information without broadcasting it in Mood App.
15- Any photo or video displays urine or stool.
16- Any photo or video broadcasted by applications of a third party. Doing such step may lead blocking the account permanently.
17- Any photos or videos used to plan or coordinate for committing illegal activities such as promoting drugs, swindling or any other crime or immoral activity or behavior against laws…etc. Add to this any illegal activity aimed to provoke people to commit illegal activities.
18- Any content which isn’t included among the abovementioned items or doesn’t deserve to be published in Mood App.

Users are not allowed to share any disturbances or racial discriminations

19- It is not allowed to share any disturbances, threats, defamation, hatred speech or bullying against any other users even if they are not members of the applications or even people whose characteristics are recognizable.
20- It is banned to share any disturbances against public figures concerning their personal affairs.
21- It is banned to share any kind of bullying content against the appearance of other users or their features.
22- It is not allowed to share any content includes offensive rumors or defamation unless it is personal experience or general information published in magazines or media.
23- It is must to provide the content with a certain context in which it is necessary to mention the source or to notify that it is your personal experience. It is banned to share any contents promote for violence, disturbance or threat against others.
24- It is forbidden to publish any content based on race, tribal beliefs, gender, religion or disability.
25- It is prohibited to publish any allegations which are not supported or proved by evidence or resource against a person or a group of people especially the issues which are based on race, tribal beliefs, gender, religion or disability. It is banned to provoke altercations and incitements.
26- It is forbidden to share any pictures or videos contain brutality or violence against other people, the self or animals.
27- It is not allowed to share any pictures, disturbing videos, threats, defamation, hatred speech or bullying.
28- It is not allowed to share any pictures or videos based on race, gender, religion, sexual attitudes, disability, political opinions or any similar content against certain person or people.
29- It is banned to share any pictures or videos which are not supported with a reliable source against a person or race or gender or religion or sexual attitude or disability or political opinions or any similar content.
30- It is not allowed to share pictures of videos focus on a person who is not apparently willing to be in such pictures or videos or even he is not aware of the pictures or the videos themselves. Pictures and videos which are aimed at humiliating a person or a group of people are not allowed either.

Users are not allowed to share spams or spoil the incidents of serials, films or use beggary activities

Users are banned to share requests to get material or financial aid or services under any pattern of electronic beggary utilizing the kind intentions of other people.
32- Users are banned to share daily shares aimed to disturb others.
33- Users are banned to share the same content in different cities.
34- Users are banned to send any undesirable content in different shares. It is not allowed to impose certain content on others.
35- It is banned to share pictures and videos which are totally black or white without being attached with any caption or drawing. Users are also banned to publish commercial advertisements, messages, disturbing contents, spam or a person or a group of people who are interested in imposing a certain joke on the community. They are not allowed to re-share pictures or videos which are downloaded from the phone's gallery either.
36- Users are not allowed to re-share the same content in several societies. They are not allowed to use the content of a third person especially if the content is protected by copyrights. Check "Others" section for more information regarding the violations of copyrights to make up your mind in this domain.
37- Users are not allowed to share any videos or pictures contain information about a film, TV serial...etc. This step is basically aimed to spoil the element of suspense and surprise; therefore, it is completely banned.
38- Users are not allowed to share any information aims to spoil the incidents of a film or a serial; the matter may deprive the spectator of the element of surprise and suspense.
39- Users are not allowed to spoil the incidents of a film or a serial through sharing certain replies to a user who says that he did not watch the film.

Users are not allowed display commercial advertisements

40- Users are not allowed to share any private or commercial advertisements to promote for certain commodities or electronic websites for other social networking sites.

Offensive Hashtags

41- Users are not allowed to set up or take part in sharing any hashtags aimed basically to inquire or share personal data or accounts of social networking websites.
42- Users are not allowed set up or share any hashtags contain sexual phrases or hints whether by using words or emoji or pictures.
43- Users are not allowed to set up or share any hashtags contain bullying activity or mockery against certain tribe or region or city.
44- Users are not allowed to set up or share any racial hashtags based on race, gender, religion, disability or any other related content.
45- Users are not allowed to set up or share any hashtags provoke for committing illegal activities such as theft, violence, drugs, crimes or any violation against law…etc.

Users are not allowed to share any sexual content:

46- Users are not allowed to share any sexual molestation against other users.
47- Users are not allowed to share randomly any undesirable personal information including accounts of social networking websites especially if this is aimed to share any kind of flattery.
48- Users are not allowed to share any content disturbs other users by sharing their personal data including accounts of social networking websites especially if this is aimed to share any kind of flattery.
49- Users are banned to share any content contains undesirable requests for dating or having sex with other users.
50- Users are banned to share any disturbing content connected to sex. They are not allowed share a sexual content among other normal contents either.
51- Users are not allowed to share any search for any kind of sexual services including the nods, sexual clothes…etc.
52- Users are not allowed to share requests of sexual services for money through subscriptions, bills or even free services…etc.
53- Users are not allowed to share any content include unjustified participation for detailed or violent sexual imaginations.
54- Users are not allowed to share any hint to pedophilia. Victims of pedophilia are exempted from this ban, as they can freely underline this topic, chat or ask advice or assistance of the community.
55- Users are not allowed to share any content uses codes to make any sexual arrangements.
56- Users are not allowed to share any content includes emoji to make any sexual arrangement or date.
57- Users are not allowed to share any pictures or videos contain any sexual content.
58- Users are not allowed to share any pictures of videos contain naked people or display naked private parts of the body.
59- Users are not allowed to share pictures for the penis erect under clothes.
60- Users are not allowed to share transparent clothes which display the breasts clearly.
61- Users are not allowed to share underwear clothes.
62- Users are banned to share any content targets the body or voice or promote for sex in general whether for young or old people.
63- Users are not allowed to share any content does not cope with the terms and conditions of Mood Application.
64- Users are banned to share any porno content displays the private parts of the body.
65- Users are not allowed to share a video or audio message contains sexual activities such as masturbation or sexual hints to provoke users sexually. They are not allowed either to share any pictures or videos display partially or totally the male and female genial parts with or without clothes or through any different way such as shadow.

Violations against copyrights of printing and publication:

75- Mood Application interacts effectively with the complaints regarding the violations against the rights of publication as per the laws of the new millennium regarding the rights of publication and the digital materials. Hereby, if you feel that there is a violation against your rights of publication and printing, track the following steps:
• Copy the link of the content which has been violated. Click the symbol of participation upward from right to left.
• Contact our support team from inside the application or through our website on the internet.
• Use the topic "Safety & Emergency Cases" > violations of copyrights, publication and printing's rights/ or legal affairs.
• Add the link and evidence which proves that you are the original admin of the content or you behave on behalf of the admin.
If you encounter information or similar news, try to know the source and make sure of credibility. In case the source is not available, search for any related words and then share the results of your search to unveil such fake news.

Applications & Contents of Third Party:

Mood's users should be aware that their account may be suspended for good without any alert in case they use the applications and services of a third party along with Mood. It is not allowed either to share a content protected by copyrights of publication in Mood.

Users are not allowed to share any content discloses the name of a person who provides a certain service or occupies a public position such a dean or professors…etc. However, this can be allowed in the following cases only:

• It the content is related to public service or work of the person not his/her personal characteristics such as (appearance, gender, attitudes…etc.) or his/her personal life including (the spouse, hobbies…etc.
• The content must be useful, constructive and civilian. It mustn’t aim at defaming or harming the person or the service.
• It must be clear that you share your experience or your personal viewpoint not realistic facts. If you share facts, you have to share their source too.
• If you do not agree at reading a content similar to you in Mood, do not share it with others.
• If you do not agree at informing a person of the content of Mood face to face, do not talk about this person in Mood!

Be informed that Mood application is not responsible for the misuse of the application by the users or their relatives especially their children or their caretakers.

As Mood is free application and I'm Mood user, I; hereby, agree at all terms and conditions of the application. I agree at all changes and policies which emerge without notifying me or agreeing at them again or cutting the service anytime or even deleting my account for any reason or cancelling and requests submitted to Mood administration including advertisements and queens for any reason the administration considers…etc. I agree that the administration of the application has the right also to block the channels, messages and advertisements with clarifying any reasons in this domain. I hereby comply with all Mood's policies in general; in addition, I'm in charge of reading them and complying with them whenever they are changed. Furthermore, my consent on the application's policies means I hereby agree at the application's terms and conditions which have been read and approved before registering in the application.
